Terms and Conditions § 1 Cancellations
Bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, we will endeavor to change your booking to the next available time slot, but we cannot guarantee availability. Tickets can, however, be transferred to a third party.
§ 2 Access - IGLUS RUST
Please review all relevant regulations of the organizer before booking. By booking your igloo time slot, you also agree to comply with all current regulations of the organizer.
§ 3 Cancellation due to exceptional circumstances or force majeure
Should an event have to be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g., pandemics, war, natural disasters, or energy crises), official orders, or other circumstances beyond our control as organizers, we reserve the right to retain an administrative fee of €10.00 per adult and €5.00 per child (6–14 years). In this exceptional case, the remaining amount will be refunded to you proportionally, insofar as this is legally permissible. Administrative fee: Adults €10.00 | Children (6–14 years) €5.00
We would like to reiterate Section 1, which states that all bookings are generally non-refundable. A refund would only be issued proportionally in the aforementioned case.
General terms and conditions (GTC) for vouchers:
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of multi-purpose vouchers (hereinafter referred to as "voucher") of IGLUS RUST, Hayat GMBH Rust.
2. Purchase & Payment Terms
The voucher can only be purchased and paid for via the online booking portal on the IGLUS RUST website. After successful payment, you will receive the voucher as a PDF file via email.
3. Voucher value & scope of services
The voucher has the printed or booking system-stored monetary value in euros and is redeemable exclusively for igloo experiences with a fondue menu. Drinks and additional services on site are not included in the voucher and will be charged separately.
4. Validity
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The purchase date is printed on the voucher. After this period, the voucher automatically expires. Please note: IGLUS RUST is a seasonal experience and is only open during the winter season. We therefore recommend that you redeem your voucher early, within its one-year validity period. Extending the validity beyond the stated period is not possible.
5. Redemption conditions
The voucher can only be redeemed online via the booking portal on our website and is subject to the availability of an igloo on your desired date. Please enter the voucher code in the designated field during the booking process. Each voucher can only be redeemed once. Any remaining balance cannot be refunded or transferred; it will be forfeited. Please note: The minimum occupancy is 4 people per igloo.
6. Exclusion of refunds & cash payments
Returns of the voucher as well as full or partial refunds or cash payments of the voucher value are excluded.
7. Transferability
The voucher is transferable until it is redeemed. Transferring the voucher is at the original purchaser's own risk.
8. Loss or theft
No replacement will be issued for lost or stolen vouchers. Please keep your voucher code safe and secure.
9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Rust, to the extent permitted by law.
